Three P's, Past, Present and.... wait, future starts with f....

Hey Bloggers!

Welcome back to my blog!

Hope you are enjoying your time at home!
Has your bubble changed in any way?

Today I am going to be explaining some things about Covid-19 or the Coronavirus.
I will also be comparing some of the things we have been experiencing to the past, back to the time of World War 1 since Anzac day was not too long ago.

What are some of the similarities?
Can you think of any?
What are some of the differences?

Enjoy!

I didn't know roses had hips!

Hey Bloggers!

Welcome back to another blog post!

Today I will be talking about dissecting a flower.
I chose a rose that was growing in our garden.

Dissect means to take apart, or to cut open to study the insides of an living object or thing.

I know, it doesn't really sound nice does it?
Well, luckily it's a flower.

So I started by taking apart some of the petals, I even cut open the hip or the rose, which you will learn what that is if you don't know already in my drawing.

I made a google drawing explaining all the parts of the rose.
I also added some words in to describe the textures and looks.

I thought it was really interesting looking into what it looks like in a rose, it also had some really peculiar textures on the inside of it.

Have you done some similar things like this?
What did you do it on?
Would you like to try to dissect a flower too?

Enjoy!

Welcome to Term 2! It's kinda digital right now...

Hey Bloggers!

Welcome back to my blog.
Aaaaaaand! Welcome back to Term 2 everybody!

If I say so myself, it doesn't really feel like Term 2 actually started, since we aren't going to school. But, I am super happy that I was able to see the rest of the class, and teachers using Google Meet. Does your school use it too?

Okay! So, today's blog is about 'Still Art' It was really fun to do, and I really enjoyed how I was able to do it however I wanted. It was for one of the can-do activities, in my slideshow, it also explains, how you can do your own.

Have you tried 'Still Art' before?
If so, what was it like? did you enjoy it?
If you haven't, would you like to give it a go? Why?

Enjoy!
