Bonus activity: sweet tooth

Bonus Activity: Sweet tooth

My Favorite treat is cinnamon oysters, I like this treat because I absolutely love cream! So when I have it I put lots of cream inside!

Recipe: By Edmonds cookery book (old version)

2 Eggs 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon
75 g sugar ½ a teaspoon of ground ginger
1 Dessert spoon
(10 ml) of Golden syrup ½ a teaspoon of Bicarb soda
50g of Flour

Beat eggs and sugar until thick. Add golden syrup, and beat again, then fold in the sifted dry ingredients. Put in small spoonfuls in greased spong oyster, or sponge finger tins. Bake for 12 minutes at 200 degrees. When cold split and fill with whipped cream, you may put icing sugar on top.

I am a Huge fan of sweet things (as you might know). I love your post, it's short and sweet. But I have never heard of cinnamon oysters. But they sound scrumptious.

does your brother Kyle like them?, or is he not allowed to eat them.
You know when I had seen this post, you inspired me to do one about donuts.

I cant wait to see your next post,Good luck with the summer learning journey!
