Quality comments are key!

Hello Bloggers!

Welcome back to my blog.

Today I will be explaining about what we did with Miss Morgan for our Cybersmart activity. For the last two sessions we have been working on quality comments. Firstly, you had to choose whether you were in the beginner, stepping up, or confident group, I went to the confident group. Then, out of the people in your group, choose 2 to 4 people to partner with. I worked with Abby and Grace, here are Abby and Grace's blogs. Here is the instructions on the Uru Mānuka site.

Overall, I thought that this was an engaging activity, although, I honestly though that it was mostly reviewing things that I already knew or have done. I did learn a few things here and there but they were most likely things that I have forgotten.

What do you know about writing quality blog comments?
Do you write comments on people's blogs?
What do you enjoy about writing comments?

Here is one of the comments we improved together.

Enjoy!

  1. Kia ora Mia,
Thanks for sharing your learning on your blog. Your introduction is clear and outlines what we did well. I think you have renovated the comment well. Sometimes it is good to recap the things you already know. Hopefully the next lesson gives you some new learning content.
The questions you have added at the end are great - How would you answer your own questions?
To answer one question, I enjoy writing comments when I can see that the learner has read the comment and has fixed up the changes or added to their work.
Nice work - I don't have a helpful for you today!
