Summer learning journey - Week 4 - Day 2 - Protecting our own!

Hello Bloggers!

I am back with finally a new post,

sorry, I had to take a break yesterday.

Time to go ziplining!

So hang on tight ladies and gentlemen because I am going to take you through a ride of the activities today!

Activity 1

A flying fox

Summer learning journey says to...

On your blog, tell us how you would feel about going ziplining in Rotorua. Try to use some descriptive words (adjectives) and action words (verbs) in your post!.

Here it is!

I think I would feel pretty excited at the same time scared, and most of the time you know that I am feeling this way if I am...

1. jumping up and down
2. chatting a LOT
3. giggling a lot too

I sometimes can feel really scared of heights, but when there is a harness, normally I am quite confident that the harness can hold me.

That's pretty much it for me, pretty straight forward.

Activity 2

A protective plant

Summer learning journey says...

On your blog list 10 veggies, fruits, or herbs that you would plant in your garden.
Enjoy!

  1. Morena Mia,

Ka pai on completing another Summer Learning Journey post!

Zip lining would be cool but I agree with you about it maybe being a little bit scary. I can get a bit scared of heights sometimes too. Have you been rock climbing or abseiling before?
I went on school camp and we did abseiling and it took me forever to lean over the edge as I was really scared however once I did it, I loved it!

You have chosen some great herbs and veges to plant in your garden. I love strawberries, spring onion and cherry tomatoes. What could you cook or make with some of the things planted in your garden?

Until next time, happy blogging. :)

    1. Hi Emma!

Wow! thank you, yes I have been rock climbing before but never abseiling. I think I could make something yummy with all the fruits, and I really love snow peas cooked up with some black fungus and onions!

      Thank you!
      Mia
