This week in Rimu we did camp booklets and talking about camp. We had a hole list of stuff that we had to bring and it was really long because we have to bring lot’s things just in case we get cold or we get hot. This week was quite cold but we still got into the pool at lunchtime swim.This week also on thursday we went swimming but only about ten of us because most people didn’t want to go into the pool because it was quite cold. But I still went in and it was freezing at first but afterwards it wasn’t that bad.

Week 5 3 of March

This week in Rimu class we had a lot of swimming play and skills. It is really fun because you get to have lunchtime swim and then you have your skills for about 10 minutes and then you get to have more free time. This week we had a challenge and we had to get into a group of somebody from each year group. We had 11 people in our group and we had to get across from the end of the little field then across to the other side with 4 tyres and a piece of wood but you can’t touch the floor and the wood can’t touch the floor. I had a really good time this week in Rimu.

Week 4 24 of February

This week in Rimu we were supposed to go to camp from Wednesday to Friday but because of the Port hill fire we couldn’t go to camp at living springs.

So This week It was our focus was swimming. We did swimming sports. I went in widths and some of my other friends did lengths, this week it got really hot so it was a awesome day to go swimming in lunch breaks.

This week I really enjoyed swimming on hot days.

This week for a challenge we did the straw challenge and you had to make a bridge out of straws and tape. We found that challenge quite hard we will get the scores today.

My first day

 

Hi my name is Mia and it was my first week in Rimu. It was a really weird week for me. I met the new teachers and students in my class, the reason it was weird is that I was mostly in Japan on the first three days of school and I missed everything on those three days! Next week I thought I could go but unfortunately, I was sick on wednesday and I didn't go to school on Tuesday because I only just   so I couldn't go to school on that day either. The next day I finally came to school. My friends were waiting at the gate for me and was so excited to see me again and I was excited too! My friends were showing me around like crazy! one of my friend Abby took my books and put them in the right place which I didn't even knew where they are now, since I didn't know where to put your books! My other friends Maddison-judith and Nikita were showing me around.  So that's why I had a weird week.
